I am using Internet Essentials, for which service I had to prove I was poor and indigent, and I was promised TWO MONTHS OF FREE SERVICE. I began using the service June 2, so I should not owe any money until August 2, at which point I will begin to owe $9.95 per month. And yet you now have charged me $16.92, and it's not even Aug. 2 yet, let alone the end of the month. So: have you lied to me?

You usually pay a month in advance. However, you need to get in touch with Internet Essentials for questions like this.
