bill questions
i have a balance forward on my bill that i was told not to pay.when i changed my plan i was told to pay 210.00 to satisfy my new bill.i was also told my new charges would be the 164.94 shown on my current bill.is there any way that i can create an account to carry only the channels that we watch or are we compelled to accept what is offered.

Regardless of what you are [often] told always pay the amount shown on your bill so that you don't get a late charge for unpaid fees. It is easier to do this and have a credit on your next bill than to have to call and explain everything [sometimes more than once] in order to get things straightened out.
As for your cable channels, you cannot remove those channels that you don't watch. A cable tier usually consists of a broad spectrum of entertainment that would appeal to customers from all preferences in viewing. If you were able to choose channels à la carte you probably would end up paying more than you are now. So, yes, you are "compelled to accept what is offered".
