An open letter to Comcast:
I agreed to a 1 year contract saying I would pay a certain amount and I would be charged a penalty if I cancelled. I noticed my last bill went up $5.00 Nice that you do not have to honor your agreement but I do.
Dont give me the garbage that "our expenses have gone up." You should have figured that into your offer. I don't ask to renegotiate when my expenses goes up as I honor my end of the contract as you should as well.
Good morning, DRS_FortCollins. We know bill increases are frustrating. Was it the taxes and fees portion of your cost that went up, or did you notice a change in cost elsewhere?
