I have tried to use the "simplified" Xfinity loss service reporter in the Xfinity Status Center, but there's nothing there and I cannot report my 60+ hour loss of service. From Monday Feb. 15, 2021 (12:15 am) through Wednesday Feb. 17, 2021 (Afternoon).
I've tried to figure out how to get this report to work and nothing has worked. Whatever the method is of reporting, seems very convoluted and I would like to get this resolved.
