Why is Xfinity saying they havent received my payment for Jan 2021 ?
I have sent out xfinity payment along with two other bills on 12/30/2020 at the same time and xfinity is the only one who has not received the payment! My electric bill and loan payments were both received towards the end of the first week of Jan. i have seen multiple complaints in forums regarding payments not being received by Xfinity. This seems to be an issue with Xfinity. Stop blaming the customer and fix the issue!

Has your check posted to your checking account, assuming you sent a check?

No it has not posted. if the check is in xfinity's pile of bills then that isnt my fault. they need to get things in order. they wont even answer my calls to speak to an agent. they do this deliberately to accounts that have been flagged for nonpayment. they wont answer calls and the robot directs your call in a circle. this is a way to force the customer to pay over the phone by credit card!
When i called using a different number i was able to get customer service in no time!

I have never been late with my Xfinity payment and have been with them for years. In January, 2021, I received an email stating my payment was late. I mailed my payment during the first 2 weeks of
December, 2020. The email stated that my bill was now being charged for December and January and THEN they added a late fee of almost $8.00!!!!!.
If this doesn't get straightened out, I'm going to have to look elsewhere for service and hope another company can offer better service than this. This is total unacceptable.
Also, my mother lives in a senior community apartment and ALL the seniors there are complaining that they received double bills. COME ON XFINITY, MAN UP!!!!!!!!
