How can I update my billing address.?
I can't seem to do this online, chat bot is no help, and I do not want to go to a physical location just to update a billing address.
To reach a chat agent, enter "chat". When the 'bot ignores you, enter "chat" again. The 'bot should transfer you to an agent.
If that doesn't work, try calling 1-800-Comcast and ask, over and over again, for an "agent!".
