Unreturned equipment charge

Hello !

Back in december 12 2020 I returned my equipment at an XFinity store (I kept the receipt generated when I returned the equipment) and today I noticed there is a new charge in my bill for "unreturned equipment"

Can you please helpm e clarify this?
