Unreturned Equipment Charge

Wow, Comcast agent took equipment from my house and I cannot get credit! Comcast came out to update our service, agent took away a modem and didn't credit us and you have been charging me for two years. Unbelieveable! Can't get anyone on the phone! I will cancel service when I finally get ahold of someone.

Same thing happened to me. They have been charging me $28 bucks a month for 2 “unreturned modems” that I never had. For 2 YEARS!!! Absolutely no customer service and absolutely no soul. Hope you can get someone on the line... just came to say I feel your pain. Lost 2 customers for life!
