Unreturned Equipment Charge
Wow, Comcast agent took equipment from my house and I cannot get credit! Comcast came out to update our service, agent took away a modem and didn't credit us and you have been charging me for two years. Unbelieveable! Can't get anyone on the phone! I will cancel service when I finally get ahold of someone.
