Unconsentual Bill Changes

My boyfriend had his internet bill changed from an unlimited data package to a limited one back in March and was not informed and now he has a massive bill with overage charges he can't pay. The customer service reps he talked to would not allow him an extension or give him a credit. He's working from home because of Covid. If he doesn't have internet he can't work. You guys have really messed him over. <Edited>
