Trying to pay bill, getting an error!
Every month I have a difficult time paying my bill. For some reason it says I am not authorized. That makes no sense...I am the owner of the account. Most of the time I end up paying offline.
Last month I was on a chat session for over an hour trying to get this fixed but to no avail (even after 3 different people attempted to fix it). It's very frustrating....help!

Account ownership and Primary user aren't necessarily the same thing. Check to see if you are logging in with the Primary username.
