Trying To Change Services

I'm trying to find ways to change my services through the website, but I keep getting a "sorry" message and only a not very helpful automated chat window and no number to call to figure it out. I'm hoping to get some contact information and current bundle rates for my area. We definitely need to pay less on our bill, but I'd not be opposed to faster internet either if both can be accomplished. We need to remove phone and security service as well. Hope someone can help ....
