I've been trying to contact a real person either through chat or phone and have been unsuccessful. I have 2 year Triple Play and have completed the first year. The internet went up 25.00 for Speed Upgrade, Extreme Pro. I hardly use the internet and I'm on a tight fixed budget since I am 87 years old. Please contact me to see what options there are for me to get my bill back down. I do not want to start a new 24 month agreement because I might move in a couple months and will have to cancel my Comcast. Thank you.
