Texas weather outage credit

Can anyone share details of how to receive billing credit for the days they were out of service? I was down 3 days. I have talked to comcast multiple times via chat and they assure me I will receive an email with a link to submit this request. They also say there is an option in the my account app to request the credit, but the option in the app doesn't exist.

Frustrated in Houston.
