Hi. My service was out for three days last week (02/15/21 and 2/18/2021.) How can I get a Texas service outage credit? also it was out for 3 hours yesterdaty and i got an email it will be out on the 24th from 3am until 6am. considering i work from home throughout the night this is vry unacceptable. last night as well this was out.

We offer convenient self-service options to check service interruptions through My Account, the My Account App, or the Xfinity Status Center at https://comca.st/3bxMEFT. With planned maintenance, there would be a notification in your MyAccount app as soon as you log in letting you know about the planned maintenance. Usually maintenance is done during hours that will affect the least amount of people and understand while working from home during hours that are during this time can be frustrating. I myself work at 4 am and have had this issue a few times. If you don't already have the My Account app make sure you download it. The app will keep you updated on maintenance, interruptions, and other service-related notices. You can also troubleshoot, manage appointments, and manage your bill.
