Hello, I wanted to file a claim in regards to the service outage due to the Winter Storm here in Texas. I was out of internet once I came home from work Sunday at midnight. Although my electricity returned Tuesday afternoon, the internet was still out from 02/15 - 02/17. I would like to know how I can request a credit for those days.
