Talking to live agent about bill

I have tried several times to call xfinity to discuss my bill but can never talk to a LIVE agent even when I ask for that, just gives me the runaround. Can anyone help please?

I have yet to receive a call back from Xfinity I have tried several times, ask for call back, chat nothing.  Anyone have a different number?
