My father just signed up for the Performance Select Internet plan. I was just checking his bill (I am his POA) and it is showing TV taxes. Yet he doesn't have TV and hasn't had that service for several years. Can someone confirm for me why he is seeing these charges (see screenshot)?

Those charges look prorated or partial; you mentioned that he hadn't had cable service in a few years, is there anything in the My Account app or portal that shows cable services? If not, is there anything on the last bill that does?
