Still Being Billed for Service at Old Address After Moving in Oct
Wife and I movved from VA to CO in Oct, 2020. Last day in VA was Oct 2nd.
Still being billed for service at our old house. Payments made since have been incorrectly applied to old, supposedly discontinued account in VA. That may or may not have been corrected, I'm unable to tell, as the MyAccount page still shows an amount due in VA and an amount due in CO which is about twice what it should be.
Please look into this. Repeated telephone calls have not produced any results.
