Service change not shown in "My Account" - still shows old plan.

Service change not shown in "My Account" - still shows old plan.

So my plan promo ended and jumped to 85$. That same day (after the bill had been posted but before the billing period) I change over to a 50$ plan. Still, on my account page it said my due owed was 85$. Can someone please confirm that i will not be charged a late fee and that at the bill due date and if my account will ever update?
