Service Disruption

My service was disrupted at 4:45 a.m. CST on 1/12/21. I want to get credit for my cable and internet for that day.

Apologies for the delayed response @baburd55 and I'm sorry to hear about the interruption. I'd be glad to apply the appropriate credit for the time without service. Please click on my handle (ComcastGina) and "Send a message" with your name and service address, and let us know how many hours in total you were without service.
