I would like to extend my home phone seasonal disconnect from October 16 2020 to October 15,2021. Residing in Canada the international borders are closed indefinitely and we can not enter the USA.

Unfortunately you cannot extend seasonal hold that long; there is a 270 day limit. You will have to cancel your service and turn in your equipment when you are able to return.
