Rising Costs

Rising Costs

One year ago my comcast was $185. 6 months ago my comcast rose to $214. 2 days ago I got my new bill, it rose to $255. What is up with the rising costs at comcast? I never added anything! They say my promotion ended. I wasn't on a promotion for over 10 years, so that's a lie. How are senior citizens on fixed income supposed to afford these rising costs when social security only goes up $10 a month? I've about had it with comcast and I am looking for something else. Perhaps I'll just go back to antenna TV and cut my phone off. Disgusted in Pa.

Re: Rising Costs

Hi @jebsr, thanks for reaching out. I am sorry to hear about your unexpected higher bill. Although not a senior citizen, I am personally on a strict budget with three teenagers at home. I would be happy to help find you the right package at a great price.
