On 1/16/2021, I went to my local Xfinity store to return a CableCard for my TiVo. I have the receipt for the returned equipment. But my account has still not been updated. I just want to make sure I will not be charged for this CableCard in my future bills. A couple of years ago, I returned 2 TV adapters and it took repeated attempts to clear them from my account.
For reference, I have 2 TiVo Bolts and was renting 2 CableCards. I am returning only one CableCard for one of my TiVos.
I am keeping one CableCard for the other TiVo. My 1 year agreement for this TiVo will expire in September and I will decide then whether to keep the TiVo or just go with the Xfinity X1 settop.
