Request to terminate service and recalculation of the balance

Hi.

My name is Jaeyoung <Edited>

I am currently using your service. (Account Number
<Edited>)

 

I am going back to my country (Korea) on September 12.
So I want to use the service until September 11th and stop the service after that. If you adjust the amount again to September 11th in my account, I will pay online.
I'd appreciate it if you could tell me the procedure for returning the modem, etc
