I lost servuce during the outages for 3 days 02/15 through 02/17 due to the winter storm here in Houston, TX. Where do I go to request a credit on my account? If this isn't the right page can somebody point me in the right direction.
@Tundraguy Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us regarding your service disruption. I am so sorry to hear that you were impacted by this storm. I know that all I ever want to do when there is bad weather is curl up under the covers and stream some shows on my tv's and nothing can make that worse than your services being disrupted.
