How do I renew my 12-month contract (term agreement) that expires today (9/30/2020)? I signed up for automatic billing and my credit card will be charged on 10/18/2020 for $73.00. I want to renew this contract so that only $50.00 will be charged to my credit card. Chatting with an agent is unavailable now and I was unsuccessful in reaching a live person when I dialed 1-800-934-6489. Please help me today so that my $23.00 discount can be applied to my bill during the billing cycle. I am on a fixed income and cannot afford $73.00 a month just for Internet. If someone does not contact me today, I will start researching to see what other Internet service providers (i.e., AT&T) are available in my area. I know that COVID has impacted customer service, but this is ridiculous. Surely Comcase/Xfinity has the money to hire additional agents. PLEASE HELP ME TODAY!
