Received a Soap fault from ESP Payment Service

I am trying to set up autopay, but I am getting this error message: "Received a Soap fault from ESP Payment Service". Any idea how I can get it working?

Searching 'soap fault' in this Forum found one ANSWERED thread from 2019.  The user was getting the fault using Firefox browser, but it worked when they switched to Internet Explorer. 

Do you have the option to try a different browser?

Thanks. That was a good idea. I tried now 3 different browsers but I am getting the same error message on all of them.
