Reached data cap and its only the 12th

Howe on earth, with no changes in usage over the past 4 months have we reached our data cap and its not even half way through the month.

Comcast givers out unlimited data for a couple of months which looks good for PR
So people stuck at home use more and more streaming, gaming etc.
Now that we are all used to using that amount of data and we are still stuck at home, comcast jumps in and charges us for all the data we are oivber using making any money lost up and then some.
 I think it might be time to change ISPs.
Anyone got suggestions for an ISP in the bay area, I'm looking at Monkeybrains.

We issued a statement about not charging our customers for data for the amount of time during the summer months. We will not backdate those free months for the data. In certain areas, we have promotional pricing for unlimited data. I can double-check for you. Can you please private message me your full name? Thank you for posting to our forums.
