Hi there, we were without power from 02/14 to 02/17 due to the storm.  But during the brief intermittent periods (on 02/17)  when the power came back on the internet was not working.  I want to request a credit refund to my account for lack of service during the outage.

Hello,  @DerekRajan I am sorry to hear you were impacted by this winter storm and I hope you and your loved ones are staying safe!

 

We are not issuing credits at this time due to power related issues. 

 

For customers who are evacuated and/or unable to return to their homes for an extended period of time, they have the option to temporarily discount service but retain access to Xfinity services (via mobile apps). Please send us a message if you would like to explore this option
