Re: Outage during February storm

I am having the same issue.  I'm attempting to request a credit but I cannot find the location to do so.  Our services were out 2/16 and 2/17 due to the storm

I am having the same problem, I cannot find the location to submit the form for my outage. I have been without power 2/15-2/17. Please help!
