You should be able to identify which line item(s) are different from last months bill.  What is/are it/they?

Thanks, Joe. There is no way to view an itemized bill, from what I can tell.

The 'view bill' button just shows me a line that says 'New charges due September 1, 2020'

with the updated/higher amount.

How are you trying to view your bill?  I opened the Xfinity My Account mobile app on my phone, logged in and see a 'View bill details and history' option which shows me everything when selecting 'Regular monthly charges' and 'Taxes, surcharges & fees'
