REFUND!

When will I receive my refund? I can NOT speak to a person no matter how many times I call and no matter how many hours I am put on hold. This is ridiculous.  Somebody tell me when my check is being sent to me please.

What refund are you expecting?

I am due a large refund for overpayment of my home internet/cable service after selling our home. I tried calling to see when I will recieve it and have not been able to get a straight answer about when it will be sent. It's been a month since the account was closed.  Thank you
