Promotional discount expired twice?

I got Xfinity 2 years ago and after a year the bill went up from $45 to $64. I called because I had forgotten about the promotional discount and once they explained to me why my bill went up I was okay and he said my bill should stay that way and won’t jump again. Today my bill has jumped almost $20 and it says that my promotional discount expired even after I was told it wouldn’t jump up again.

Apparently you had a promotional discount for one 1 year on a two year contract.  At the end of the second year the rest of your promotion/contract expired and you're now paying every day pricing for your bundle.  The person you spoke with either didn't explain it correctly or you misunderstood what they were saying.

I'm sorry for any confusion that may have been caused. I want to review your account and the promotion that recently expired to see how we can lower your rate again.
