Promotional 2 year package ending

I’ve tried to reach out to xfinity but no response or way to connect without going to store. My promotional package expires soon , anyway to extend this

Greetings, Awatty. When promotions expire, we don't typically have the same promotion available to add back. Promotions are usually given for an introductory period, and after that initial discount period, your service package transitions to regular rate.
