My promotion cost for BLAST! Internet is ending soon and I expect the cost of my bill may go up (though there's no way I can see to preview what that may look like). I'm hoping to talk to someone to see what I should be expecting and what, if any, offers are available, but I've had pretty bad luck in the past trying to reach out via phone.
On the other hand, I've had good luck in the past with representatives reaching out via the forum so I'm hoping it will work this time as well.
