Evidently the promotion period for my internet service contract/agreement ended, and my bill increased by $20 ☹️ I reviewed my statements (PDF) for Sept, August, and July and did not see any type of notification of the contract/agreement ending soon. It would be super helpful in the future if Comcast/XFinity alerted you when this was ending, and offered you the option to renew at the current rate.
I went ahead and downgraded my current service, which should be $10/month less than what I had previously been paying. That was easy to change online at least. Guess I'll have to wait and see on my next statement if it is truly that price. For now I guess I'm out $20 for not knowing the my contract/agreement/promo ended. Oh well. 😪
