Promotion Ended / Can't Change My Plan Online / 10% increase in Monthly Bill
I received the latest pricing sheet changes for my area that went into effect last week (Sept 8, 2020) and am looking to sign up for the Super+ More and get the SurePrice promotion; however, the website won't let me change my plan and says to "contact us". When I do, the reps on Chat and in the Solution area have no idea what I am talking about; how is that possible?

When I called them and requested for a better and fair deal , they simply couldn’t. And on top of that , the supervisor was rude and said customers like you complain every time there is an increase!!! Very poor customer services and no respect for their existing customers!!! I am planning to change my provider!
