Plan Changed Itself

I had previously had the 100mbs plan at $60. But this month, my bill was suddenly $83, and it said a promotional discount had expired, which makes no sense, since i've had this same plan for years.

I go to change the plan and find out I'm actually on the 200mbs plan. So i change back to the 100mbs plan at $63.

Then I check my account and I have TV for some reason and my monthly payment shows as $73, not $63.

I would like this fixed. I need internet only at 100mbs and $63. Thanks.

I'd be pretty concerned too if my service plan had changed so drastically in price. I'd really love to look over your account with you to see what happened with your billing as well as make sure we get you into a promotional plan.
