I have a Balance forward bill due NOW and a new bill due on Nov.21.2020, A total of $416.70. I was wondering if there was a way to do maybe a payment plan to avoid service shut off. I've been laid off of work on doctors orders due to covid, at the beginning of November. My daughter is completely remote learning ( online school ) I'm a single mother and been a faithful customer, never been late before . I've tired calling and wasnt able to get transferred to the right people to talk to about this . If there is anyway Xfinity could work with me , it would be great ! Thank you.
