I have been unable to receive help elsewhere as the phone line tells me that I’m not allowed to speak to an agent until I pay my past due balance. Before Covid, when needed, I used to be able to get a 10 day extension - given everything that is going on right now and the affect Covid has had on my job and income, it’s crazy that this option would be taken away from families who solely rely on internet as I work from home and I have 3 children in school! I can pay my full past due balance in 10 days, but I cannot afford to go the next 10 days without internet. Does anyone have any ideas what can be done?? I am so upset right now!!
