I use to love being a Comcast customer. I remember a time that you could get a promise to pay. Now they don't offer that. I called to get a five day extension on the past due. The agent said there is nothing they can do for me. I understand I don't qualify. I have been able to get the payments together. But this month I couldn't. This means my daughter can't log into classes and I can't work. What happened to caring about the customer during these crazy times. I need help and can't seem to get it from Comcast. Can't afford to lose my job or for my daughter to get behind in class. Please help Comcast.
