Greetings, @parriesj! Thank you for taking time out of your day to create a post on this forum. You should be able to change your due date here:

Note: To be eligible for moving your bill’s due date, you must have completed at least one billing cycle, and your bill must not be currently past due.

Please let me know if you encounter any issues, or if you have any questions about the process. If you would like to confirm these changes in our billing system afterward, please send me a private message with your full name, and the name listed on the account (if different), and I would be more than happy to check.
