Paperless Billing

I have stopped receiving my monthly bill via email (paperless). This caused me to miss a payment & I DID get a text notification of late payment with an added charge. Since when did Comcast quit sending bill out electronically? I’ve used them for 9 years & this is a new (bad) situation. I’ve tried calling but can never get to an actual rep. I’m a senior, live alone & not super tech savvy. I’m frustrated😡

The same thing happened to me just now!  I got a notice of late payment (1 or 2 days) and the statement shows $10 extra on next month's bill.  Funny, they managed to send me a "newsletter" (that I didn't want) yesterday, but I never got my invoice.  Probably just another way to squeeze extra money from subscribers.

 

I'm switching back to paper billing.  Let them print it out, stick it in an envelope and put postage on it.  At least I know I'll receive it

That’s a good idea switching back to paper billing. I, too, get newsletters electronically but no invoice. The late fee is only $10 but it’s the principle!

I have the same issue. Have used paperless forever and last received the billing email August 2, 2020. Have gotten two late notices (sept, oct) because of it and not sure how to solve. I’m getting the emails that my bill is late so obviously Xfinity is able to email me, but the billing ones stopped inexplicably. 🤬
