The same thing happened to me just now! I got a notice of late payment (1 or 2 days) and the statement shows $10 extra on next month's bill. Funny, they managed to send me a "newsletter" (that I didn't want) yesterday, but I never got my invoice. Probably just another way to squeeze extra money from subscribers.
I'm switching back to paper billing. Let them print it out, stick it in an envelope and put postage on it. At least I know I'll receive it
