I keep getting email from Xfinity telling me that they are making my billing paperless.
I'm currently set to paper, and want to keep it that way, but will paperless be mandatory?
I keep paper files and don't want to have to print out every month.
Agree. I like control over payment of my bills and security from non-internet transactions.
Called and could't do it by phone. I want my bills to keep coming by mail.
Agree, I want my bills to come by mail. Don't want to do it online
Agree. Why can't I talk to an agent on the phone about this?
Agree. Why can't I take care of this over the phone? Don' want to do it online.

Ahhh, thanks. I now understand how to react. Your answer did raise and additional question that was news to me...the is a $10 reduction if one does BOTH paperless billing AND auto-payments? I was never informed of that. Does one have to do both, or just one, and if just one, which one?
TIA

You'd need to ask a Comcast rep. Eligibility for the $10 discount depends on the services you subscribe to. If an employee doesn't reply to your message here, call one of their reps at the phone number on your bill or 1-800-Comcast, or use the Chat option on https://www.xfinity.com/support/contact-us/.
Hi, @anon86290! Thanks for that great question and for patiently waiting for a response! With an eligible promotion, you would have to do both for the $10 discount. In order to research this further for your account specifically, please feel free to click on my handle “ComcastGabe” and send us a private message with your first/last name and full address.
