POOR, VERY POOR RESPONSE TO COVID-19

I have Seasonal Service. During the "off-season" we are given a discount. Because of the COVID-19 crisis we have been in "off-season" mode WITHOUT any discount. We cannot travel to our resort location and make use of our condo because of COVID-19 BUT COMCAST makes sure they get their full price during this crisis. We get no reduction. Comcast Supervisor states if you cannot afford it change your rate plan or cancel your service. WOW. Now that is the customer service that Comcast is so well known for!!!
