I would like to request a credit for outage during the storms 2/14-2-17 no power and no hotspot was in the area.

@Princessblingtx Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us regarding your service disruption. I am so sorry to hear that you were impacted by this storm. I know that all I ever want to do when there is bad weather is curl up under the covers and stream some shows on my tv's and nothing can make that worse than your services being disrupted. If your power had been restored and you were still without Comcast services, please reach out through private message (find out how to do so with this link with your first and last name, name on the account if different, and the service address and we would be happy to check if you are eligible for any credits for the service disruption.
