This is the 4th day of outage for my services. They come back on for maybe 30 minutes and then go back out again. The resolution time posted to the Xfinity website keeps changing and I am still without service. As most of us are working from home these days, this is beyond inconvenient. Is there a definite date and time on the resolution? I hope a credit will be applied to my account for those days.
