Outage due to weather

I’m writing to ask for credits for outage . I had an outage since 2/15/2021 at 3 am until now due to weather. I'm not sure when the problem will be fixed and I couldn't find anywhere on this website for the option of requesting the credits. Please credit my account for the days we are out of internet and cable. Thanks in advance.
