Outage credit- "Tell us more about your experience" missing
I am inquiring about credit for the days I did not have xfinity internet service from 02/15/-02/19
I keep getting the runaround to go to the Service center and look for the "Tell us more about your experience." But that option is no where to be found. I have looked on all over the website and phone app and do not see this option. Please reply with the DIRECT LINK to that option.
