Outage credit for 5 days

Hi, My internet was out from Sunday, Feb 14 till this morning Thursday, Feb 19 due to the Houston snow/ blackout. I just want to know I can claim my outage credit. Thanks.

In certain regions, you can request a credit after the service interruption has ended. You can do this by visiting the Xfinity Status Center ( If you need further assistance, please send us a private message.
